Volleyball qualifies for post season play for second year in a row

With a fourth place finish in the Michigan Community College Athletic Association (MCCAA) Western Conference the Lady Stars have qualified for the NJCAA District E volleyball tournament. The winner of the tournament will advance to the NJCAA DII Volleyball National Championships in Charleston, West Virginia November 17-19.
The Stars ended their season with a conference record of 10-6 and an overall record of 14-19. The Stars were led by sophomore Addie Pickelman will play their first round game of the District Tournament (District E tournament) at Muskegon CC on Friday, November 4th at 6:00pm. This will be the second consecutive year the Stars have qualified for post season play coming off of a year where they were the regular season conference champions.
